Data RecoveryStarting at $695
Studio Bench Service Only: Data recovery may be necessary if your Mac computer (1) does not boot (2) boots to a folder with a Question Mark (3) the mouse cursor is persistently freezing and will not move (4) you are presented with a sudden black screen with gray wording. Specialty software and hardware will be required to save your data. External hard drive to store backup and recovery data will be required, and can be provided by you or purchased from Ben. |
DiagnosticsHouse Call $100 / Hour
Diagnosis and troubleshooting billed by the hour. If further service is needed, this diagnostic fee will be included in the service cost. |
Remote Service$130 / Hour
(1) A technical support session over the phone or (2) a support session that will use software to remote into your computer and solve your issue from any location (prior set up required). |
Data Transfer$120 - $250
Studio Bench Service Only: Migrate or clone your information and data from your fully functioning computer to another. Prices vary by host and destination. |
Audio ProductionOn-Site $175 / Hour
In Studio $100 / Hour Studio or on-site sound engineering and music production. (1) For complicated studio setups and equipment rentals please call. (2) A $125 mobilization fee may be required for high quality on-site sound capture. |
Theatrical Sound Programming$100 - $195 / Hour
(1) Post Production programming of sound effects and cues into Q-Lab, Go Button & Grand systems. (2) Sequencing, (3) cue programming for synthesizing keyboards using a latch pedal in the orchestra. |
